Launch of the New Land Registration System (LRS)

The Land Registration Agency is pleased to announce the launch of the new Land Registration System (LRS):

Official Searches

Form E submissions will continue to be made manually. However, where the relevant site plan has been issued through the new Site Plans module, the Form E must be submitted through the LRS.

Site Plans

The Site Plans module will fully replace the current system and become the sole platform for requesting and managing site plans. Users will also be able to make payments online, download issued site plans in PDF format, and print them directly on standard A3 paper using a printer capable of A3 printing.
